Funding
Reductions in emissions are normally done have a 'negative cost',
that is the energy savings are more than the cost of the
project. CER offers to finance the equipment through the
government owned Low
Carbon Australia funding.
Using LCA and CER many clients make money from reducing their
emissions. Client require no Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and
the lease payments are normally smaller than the energy
savings. Projects are normally cashflow positive from
installation.
Grants
Where available, CER can assist in securing applicable related grants such as NABERS (Green building program) and other state government initiatives as they become available.
Renewable Certificates
CER has the resources to convert energy efficiencies achieved at clients’ sites to meet standards that will generate renewable certificates (ESC, VEETS & REES) set by state governments in NSW, Victoria and South Australia.
In addition we can offer our clients management services for these certifications as well as the generation of carbon credits.
